Meetings
The Ethics Commission holds public meetings to consider legislative proposals, make enforcement decisions, and conduct other agency business. Regular meetings are held six times each year, with special meetings scheduled when needed. The tentative regular meeting schedule for 2023 includes meetings on February 15, April 19, June 21, August 16, October 18, and December 13.
In conformity with the Governor's Executive Order N-29-20 (March 17, 2020) and due to concerns over COVID-19, meetings are currently being held virtually and are publicly accessible telephonically. Agendas and other meeting materials are available at least 72 hours before the meeting. You may sign up to receive agendas by providing your name and email address and checking “City Ethics Commission Agendas” on the City’s website.
Audio recordings of meetings are generally posted within one business day after a meeting is conducted. Meeting minutes are posted once they have been approved by the Ethics Commission members.
