2009 QUARTERLY REPORTING CALENDAR AND SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR LOBBYISTS, LOBBYING FIRMS AND LOBBYIST EMPLOYERS

Lobbyists, lobbying firms, and lobbying employers must file quarterly reports for each calendar quarter during which a lobbyist retains that status.

Quarterly reports must be filed with the Commission on or before the last day of the month following each calendar quarter. Reports are considered filed on the date of the postmark or on the date of delivery to the City Ethics Commission, whichever is first. For 2009, these dates are as follows:

LATE FILING PENALTIES

Late filing penalties accrue at $25 per day up to $500 for any statement or report that is not filed by the appropriate deadline.

SCHEDULE OF FEES

ANNUAL REGISTRATION The following registration fees are set forth in Section 48.07 B of the Municipal Lobbying Ordinance. Registration during first, second, and third quarter (January 1 through September 30): $450.00 per lobbyist and $75.00 per client Registration during the fourth quarter (October 1 through December 31): $337.00 per lobbyist and $56.00 per client
