2009 Semi-Annual SEI Filing Materials
Per City Law, City elected officials*, department heads, board members, and commissioners
who were required to file a 2009 Annual Statement of Economic Interests (SEI)
are required to file a Semi-Annual SEI update. The materials below have been created
to provide you with step-by-step guidance throughout the filing process. Although
we are happy to provide these materials online, the law does not permit us to
accept electronically filed forms.
Please be reminded that your semi-annual Statement of Economic Interests must
be completed and returned to your department's designated ethics liaison no later
than October 1, 2009. Statements filed after the Thursday, October
1 deadline will be subject to late filing fees of $25 per day.
