24-Hour Reports for Contributions
During the 90 days before an election, contributions totaling $1,000 or more must be reported within 24 hours of being made or received. The reporting requirement applies to local candidates, local ballot measure committees and committees primarily formed to support or oppose local candidates or measures.
For the 2013 City and Los Angeles School board of Education regular primary election, the reporting period began January 1, 2013, and ended March 5, 2013.
For the 2013 City and Los Angeles Unified School District regular general election, the reporting period began March 6, 2013, and ends May 21, 2013.
For the 2013 City CD6 special general election, the reporting period began March 22, 2013, and ends July 23, 2013.
